This Shipping and Handling Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, ensuring a seamless experience from checkout to delivery. 1. Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 working hours from the time of order confirmation. Pre-order or customized jewellery items may take longer, and we will notify you of the estimated dispatch time at checkout.
Business Hours: Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST, excluding Sundays and major Indian holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines
Domestic Orders (India):
Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days across India via trusted logistics partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery).
Delivery times may vary based on your location or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays). We will keep you informed of any delays.
International Orders:
Currently We do not accept International Orders. We sell only in India.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders within India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Conditions
Inspection at Delivery: Upon receiving your Aaravi package, please inspect the product and packaging before accepting delivery. If you believe the product is in poor condition or the packaging is tampered with or damaged, refuse the delivery and inform the delivery person.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our care team within 24 hours at care@aaravijewels.com, providing your Order ID, photos of the issue, and an unboxing video (if available). We will arrange a free pickup and issue a brand-new replacement at no additional cost, as per our Return Policy and Exchange Policy.
Unboxing Video: We recommend recording a video of the unboxing process to facilitate claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Submit the video with your return or exchange request for faster resolution.
5. Payment Methods
Accepted Methods: We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, etc.), UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD, subject to availability) through our secure payment gateway.
Currency: Payments are accepted only in Indian National Rupee (INR) for domestic orders.
Duties and Taxes: For domestic orders, all applicable taxes (e.g., GST) are included in the product price.
6. Self-Shipping Requirements
When Self-Shipping is Required: In some cases, our courier partners may not offer reverse pickup services at your location for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims. If a scheduled pickup fails or is unavailable, you will be required to self-ship the product back to Aaravi.
Process:
Contact our care team at care@aaravijewels.com to obtain the return shipping address and instructions.
Ship the product using a reliable courier service, ensuring it is securely packaged with all original tags, packaging, and authenticity certificates (e.g., 925 sterling silver hallmark).
Share the courier details, including the AWB (Airway Bill) number, with us via email.
Costs: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, We will reimburse reasonable self-shipping costs upon receipt of valid courier receipts. For non-defective returns or exchanges, self-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and a link to monitor your package’s status via our courier partner’s website.
