Return Policy
At AARAVI, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our fine sterling silver jewellery. Our customer-friendly return policy is designed to make your shopping experience seamless and stress-free.
2-Day Return Policy
Eligibility: You may return your jewellery within 2 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, original packaging, and authenticity certificates (e.g., 925 sterling silver hallmark) intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized jewellery, coins, engraved pieces, or items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for returns unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please refuse delivery if the packaging is tampered with or damaged and notify our delivery person. Alternatively, contact us within 24 hours at care@aaravijewels.com with your Order ID and issue details (including photos and videos, if applicable). We will arrange a free pickup and issue a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your AARAVI account using the email ID used to place the order or create a new account if needed.
Navigate to the Return/Exchange section, select the order, and raise a return request.
Our team will arrange a free pickup from your doorstep for eligible returns. For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), a nominal return shipping fee may apply.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit.
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI) within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details during the return request process.
Partial Returns: For partial returns, store credits will be issued to your AARAVI Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
Special Conditions for Promotional Offers
For orders placed under offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 at XXX):
The entire order must be returned for a full refund. Partial returns are not accepted.
Promotional offers do not apply to replacements unless specified.
