Exchange Policy

AARAVI offers a warranty on its jewellery products that includes a 6-months warranty against plating and a lifetime exchange/buyback option for up to 5 years. The 6-month warranty covers defects in plating. Beyond 30 days, customers can opt for an exchange or buyback on their jewellery for up to 5 years. Gold coins, engraved pieces or items on sale are not eligible for exchange or buyback. 90% of pure silver content value can be claimed as AARAVI CASH in exchange at any time after 30 days.

This credit can be claimed as a discount against your future orders or can be credited to your AARAVI Wallet after deducting return shipping, GST etc. charges , which you can choose to use against a future order. Adjustments may be made subject to product inspection.  In case of significant damage, the Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept the product. In all such matters, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.

Please note that refunds take a minimum of 9-10 working days from the date of receipt of the jewellery at our store/central warehouse.

Please note exchange and buyback are only valid on AARAVI Jewellery - any other jewellery will not be accepted, regardless of brand/purity, etc.

Please note there might be up to 5% variation in the weight/dimensions/colour of the product against mentioned specifications.
